EMPLOYEE CANDIDATE INFORMATION 

Dear Employee Candidate;

This information text has been prepared by Özbilim Tekstil Makinaları San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation, in order to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal reasons, collection method, to whom it can be transferred and your rights within the scope of KVKK.

We do not have absolute control over the information you provide in your CVs that you send to us or on the websites that you use to reach us. We recommend that you do not share your personal data and special personal data that you do not want us to know with our Company.

Which Personal Data Do We Process?
Your name, surname, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality information;
Your e-mail address, address, mobile phone number;
Your health information (such as your disability status) if you include it in your CV;
Your educational status, certificate and diploma information, specialization information, foreign language information, information about your abilities, information about seminars and courses you attended, computer information, exam result information;
Your work experience information (for example; sectors you have worked in before, companies, your position, responsibilities, salary);
Your photo;
Your driver's license information;
Information about your hobbies;
Your salary expectations;
Your military service information,
Your reference information (name, surname, title, workplace, contact information of the reference person),
Other information that you have added to your CV of your own volition but that we cannot foresee,
are processed in accordance with the KVKK.

If your job application is not approved, your data may be stored at Özbilim Tekstil Makinaları San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. for up to 1 year, and if approved, for up to 10 years after you leave the workplace.

For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
Your personal data, which we have specified above, is processed for the following purposes for the execution of this Service Agreement regarding the employment service we provide to you:

To manage your job application process,
To communicate with you,
To determine whether you are sufficiently equipped for the position we will offer you,
To be able to meet with people we can get references from and to determine whether you are suitable for the job,
To determine the position information you want to work for, your salary expectations, whether you can work in other positions and your start date,
To determine whether you can use the company vehicles when the need arises,
To determine your age suitability for the position to be offered to you and to ensure compliance with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Employment of Child and Young Workers,
To ensure that you are easily remembered by our human resources unit when you come for an interview,
To be able to contact the candidate employee and to prepare the personnel file if the candidate employee is accepted for the job,
To determine whether you have a situation that may interrupt your work during the term of the employment contract and Compliance with Article 75 of the Military Penal Code No. 2.

By Which Method and on What Legal Grounds Do We Process Your Personal Data?
The personal data in question is processed automatically (for example, automatically sent to our system on the internet) or non-automatically (for example, noting down information you have provided to us on the phone) based on the legal grounds of (i) “it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”, (ii) “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” and (iii) “it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract” in Article 5 of the Law, based on your explicit consent.

To Whom and for What Purposes Do We Transfer Your Personal Data?
Your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request for the resolution of legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.

What are your rights regarding the processing of personal data and how can you access these rights?

You can submit your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK to ÖZBİLİM MAKİNA in writing or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller by the relevant person and registered in the data controller's system, in accordance with Article 5 of the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller".
