QualityBar is a patented online fabric quality control system that uses high-resolution, high speed scanning cameras to detect and classify visual defects on the fabric in real-time. Artificial Intelligence methods with sophisticated deep learning algorithms which provide more than a 95% accuracy rate even for the smallest defects are used. The system Detects point, horizontal, and vertical faults on the fabric, classifies and reports. Also detects invisible defects thanks to its optional infrared illumination realised for very dark fabrics. QBAR uses front lighting and backlighting in simultaneous or sequential operation to detect defects in illumination from any direction.
The system also provides present and past data with full Industry 4.0 standards by ethernet or wireless communication.
